What are the requirements to lease a property with Zing Property Management?
Residential and commercial tenants wanting to lease a property from Zing Property Management will require several things. Tenants wanting to lease a residential property are required to show evidence of income equal to four times of the rental amount. Tenants wanting to lease a commercial property are required to show evidence of business experience, as well as evidence that their company has the ability to pay the rent in a timely manner. In addition, a completed credit application is required with every lease.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $45 per individual wanting to be on the lease, for both residential and commercial.
What is involved in the background check?
Zing Property Management does a thorough background check on all prospective tenants. This background check includes a full credit report, a criminal background check, verifying rental history and employment background check. In addition, tenants wanting to lease commercial properties will need to produce banking records.
When is the rent due?
Typically, rents are due on the 1st of the month. Rents are late if not received by the 5th of the month.
How can I deliver the rents to Zing Property Management?
Tenants can pay online on our website or mail rents directly to our office at 11562 Cypress North Houston, Cypress, Texas 77429. In addition, rents can be delivered to our office between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM or deposited into the drop box to the left of our front door after hours.
What forms of payment do you accept for my rent?
Rents can be paid with business or personal checks, unless certified funds are required by the owner. Cash is NOT accepted at anytime.
What do I do if there is a repair or maintenance issue at our property?
Repairs and maintenance requests can be communicated to us via email or in writing using our secured website. Emergency repairs can be called in through our 24 Hour answering service.
